For those unfamiliar with C9s, they are a common string light found around the holidays that have a larger bulb. To make his home scream Halloween, he installed roof line C9 lights in purple and orange. The lens covers were a subtle Halloween accent, but not enough for David’s girls. Lens covers or lens gels are available in all colors for the holidays, orange for Halloween, red and green for Christmas or blue for Hanukkah. For Halloween, he installed orange lens over his existing lights to make the façade look more orange while still highlighting his home. His young daughters really wanted him to decorate their house for Halloween and what dad can easily say no to their little girls, right?
